THEIR MESSAGES
Yet here we are. Unfortunately still facing this situation at the end of 2022. One of my personal traditions is to pause every December and take some moments to reflect on the year that has just passed. When thinking about your actions, your resilience and your courage, I am in awe and feel so proud to be associated with you.
At Accor, we are proud to call our teams Heartists – everything that you have done this year, is nothing but the pure definition of being a Heartist.
Right in the middle of this conflict you have spent your time and energy to serve our guests, to look after each other, to make all of them feel welcome and to protect locals and travelers alike as much as possible. In 2022, I am grateful for having had the chance to learn from you and as I said many times on the calls, despite me wanting to motivate you, it was you all who motivated all of us. Your passion, dedication, commitment and belief is unbelievable, despite all the terrible challenges.
As you might know, I have agreed to take on a new challenge outside of Europe within Accor. Today, I would like to assure you, I will continue to follow your initiatives and whenever there is anything I can do for any of you, I am only a phone call away.
I will also promise that as soon as we can I will fly to Kiev and it will be an honor to meet all of you in person.
Please stay strong and stay safe.
All my very best,
We cannot be more proud of you, your courage, your heart and your humanity at this time.
We want to send to all of you our deep affection and encouragement to continue to be heartists towards the Ukrainian people but also towards your team who more than ever constitute your ACCOR family.

But there has not been a single day that Ukraine wouldn't have been present in our mind. Our very first guest was a Ukranian living in the UK, what a honor to have welcomed her at the opening. We admire your courage and the leadership of your President, we wish you lots of courage to get through this winter we can't even imagine how tough it must be!
We keep hope that 2023 will be the year of the end of this useless war and cruelty on humanity.
We'd be more than happy to come to visit your beautiful country one day. How hard as it might get, keep in mind that you are not alone, we are millions in Europe standing by your side and so do we here at the Adagio Malta!
Evil can do lots of harm but he will never win, lots of love from Malta to you!
Sending you much love, hope and strength for the days and weeks to come - we look forward to hearing the news of your rebuilding efforts, and will support you in the ways that we can.
My Warmest Regards,
With Love

Best regards,
But I listen, and then I see images, and it takes me into your nightmare.
In all sincerity and affection for the Teams in Ukraine, but also with much ... humility.
We are in prayer for you.
Wish you a fruitful 2023!
As we are approaching this new year, I wanted to send my few words to express compassion, thoughts and admiration.
Your courage is second to none. Your determination is exemplary and your love for your country is an example for us all.
This year seems like a nightmare to all of you and most of the world, friends of Ukraine. But thanks to your courage and fight, you showed the world that hate, violence and despotism can’t prevail on love, devotion and positive patriotism. I lived in Kiev in 2013 to 2014. I have lived Maidan and the second orange revolution.
I have suffered, cried, laughed and celebrated with you. I loved your country, the warmth of its people, the hope of a new generation… I called your country home.
I share your suffer and will always defend you, if not in actions, at least in words, thoughts of prayers. Thank you for the fight for freedom! Thank you for showing the way! Thank you for sacrifice!
There will be peace! We call it and pray for it!
Slava Ukraini!
Heroyam Slava!
Be strong, come together to enjoy these moments with your family if you can and wish for a sunny, free world without war as quickly as possible.
You have our gratitude and will not hesitate to pray for you for peace to return.
You have been incredibly resilient. No words to describe our feelings and again we wish you and all your family and closed one a end of war.
Keep safe as much as you all can.
You are part of our Accor family.
Our thoughts and Prayers are Daily for you and hope this terrible injustice will end very soon.
I hope one day to visit Ukraine and meet the most heroic, beautiful and Welcoming people on the Planet.
Slava Ukraine!
Love Lisa
You are all heroes, an inspiration to the whole world, you have taught us that we can stand up and fight injustices,
Do not give up, I cannot begin to imagine what life must be like at the moment for you all going to the Holidays with no peace, no homes, no livelihoods.
I stand proudly with you!
We are thinking of our Accor colleagues, partners, families and friends in the Ukraine and sending our love to you all!
During this time, we are connected in spirit, and I hope there is some comfort in our words.
Merry Christmas. Love,
My thoughts and prayers will always be with you and I believe that this will pass soon. If it doesn't, remember that we, even outside Ukraine, will always stand behind you and what you believe for.
Continue to stand strong and we will come out victorious.
You are not alone, as our country of Lebanon has also endured many wars and suffering over hundreds of years and still does till today.
I am confident you will rise once again stronger and better than ever before and very soon too!
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and all the best for the near year, may this season be filled with hope, patience and grace for you all!
We empathize with how challenging and uncertain the situation has become and are sending them messages of solidarity and support.
We bring our deepest sympathies for those affected by the ongoing conflict, including the loss of freedom and stability, along with other economic, security and geopolitical issues. We recognize that this moment carries an immense burden on the people of Ukraine, yet we admire their courage in continuing to strive for a better future.
Our best wishes are with all those striving for peace and a better tomorrow.
Lots of Love and Prayers,
We wish you that situation will be back to normal and all other countries play vital role to regain Ukraine status back.
Thank you to all the brave soldiers who have been defending not only Ukraine but the European democracy.
Thank you for defending us.
May the innocent children, fathers, mothers, wives and husbands who were killed, rest in peace and never be forgotten.
перемога is near! Слава Україні.
Valley low We'll join together with hearts of gold.
Now the children of the world can see
This is a better place for us to be.
The place in which we were born, so neglected and torn apart.
Every woman every man
Join the caravan of love
(stand up), stand up,
Stand up."
You are all very much in our thoughts in these tough times.
Slava Ukraini!
Warm regards
My grandfather having raised me, retired from the Airforce after being in 3 different wars. I grew up listening to stories, dreams, & nightmares all from his prospective.
He always had wise words after every story he told. His words of wisdom ring in my soul, "never give up", and "things that are worth fighting for are never going to be easy, it will take long hours, good leadership, and a lot of elbow grease".
As it is now a new age, and new weapons, war is still just as bad. My sincere and deepest condolences on everything you all are going through.
My hope, is that this message reaches whomever it can, never stop fighting, things that are worth fighting for are never going to be easy and keep enduring.
All of my thoughts are with you!
Most cordially,
Novotel Thai Ha
